Throughout this collegial circle it seems that the waves of learning were spreading. This analogy of waves I am not certain if it fits the best for this post, because what happened did not happen as waves roll in one at a time. Instead teachers connected with teachers across department, across buildings, returned to their own buildings, impacted students directly and shared with building level administrators.
Perhaps the waves were crashing or rolling into different shores at times or perhaps the ebb and flow of the waters is how this learning spread.
We could calculate the impact in some quantitative way, spending much time crunching numbers, or we could tell the stories of how this learning spread. As Brene Brown states "Stories are just data with a soul." So taking the lead from Brene we can tell you some stories, but for now let's take a picture walk of how this learning spread.
